I have been a longtime student of Esther Hicks and her Abraham. Today’s quote was perfect
because I teach Self-Completion and your sense of Self-Worth is key to your sense of wholeness, she said:
Worthiness, in very simple terms, means I have found a way to let the
Energy reach me . . . Energy that is natural and joyful, reach me.
Worthiness, or unworthiness, is something that is pronounced upon you by you. You are the only one that can deem yourself worthy or unworthy. You are the only one who can love yourself into a state of allowing, or hate yourself in a state of disallowing.
There is not something wrong with you, nor is there something wrong with the one who is not loving you.
You are all just, in the moment, practicing the art of not allowing, or the art of resisting — Abraham
How many of you do resistance training at home or in your favorite gym? Resistance training is important if you want to lose weight, gain strength, and understand balance.
What a great metaphor for your life. YOU being in resistance to anything is GOoD, and the longer you are in resistance the stronger you are becoming. You may not be progressing, but you are getting really really strong. So at what point will you recognize that you have been “in training” and it is time to allow some GOoD into your LIFE?
